Dear Kevin,

Thank you ever so much for all your help in getting my money reimbursed for my surgery which was out of pocket cost to me in the amount of 6,000. due to my breast cancer.

I chose a wonderful surgeon who did all he could to save my breast and after several operations he was able to eliminate any signs of cancer without removing the breast. Due to , what I felt was an emergency situation I choose a surgeon who was out-of-network since he was the first one out of three surgeons who called me back with an immediate appointment.

Blue Cross refused to pay the surgeon's fees but thanks to you and your persistence I was finally reimbursed and able to pay off my loan.

Thanks Kevin and I wish there were more of you out there.
